Maintaing Zip Codes in T5UZC

I'm trying to get a list of valid zipcode ranges (by state) in order to update the T5UZC config table. I called the US Postal Service but they said that the CD they provide doesn't provided valid zip code ranges by state, but lists out each individual zipcode per city.

Does anyone out there know where I can get this sort of information (in a CD-Rom format, etc) or can fill me in on how you updated T5UCZ at your client?
