Sick Leave Accrual

Would appreciate if you could throw some of your experience on this.

My client wants to configure 2 attendance types and 1 absence type. Now, for every 30 hrs worked employees in this location will get 1 hour of sick leave. In a year they can only take 40 hours of sick leave but if they have a balance or unused sick leave, the balance will be carried over to next year.

In a year they are only allowed to take 40 hrs. So I need to show the sum of all the attendance hours in the SALDO table. Once the employee has earned 40 hrs, no more hours will be added.

I have configured the attendance and absence type, now I need some guidance on how to proceed with the rules and SALDO table.
