Equal Employment Opportunity and Occupational Classification

Hello - we have a requirement at our company to map the Occupational Classification Code (OCC) to multiple Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) codes for our US jobs in SAP. For example, OCC code 0020 is being mapped to EEO codes 1.1 (Executive/Senior Level Officals and Managers) and 1.2 (First/Mid Level Officials and Managers). When we try to configure the second entry for this OCC code, SAP does not allow this, and indicates that an entry already exists for the same key. We are wondering if anyone else has experienced this situation, and if so, how you resolved it.

How about the have to use 40 hours of vacation for each FMLA that was mentioned?
