Hi,

/552 is being displayed in Earnings column even if it is to be recovered from the employee.

What I need is if it is to retro payment to employee it shall display in Earnings column in payslip, if it is retro deduction then it shall be displayed in deduction column.

Please advise what exactly needs to be done PE51 payslip to have this requirement.

Thanks in advance,
Majid

Majid, hi

one way to do this is to create a new WT (as a copy of /552) and then write short PCR that looks at the value of /552 and places it into this new wage type if it is (e.g.) less than zero (a deduction) and leaves it in /552 if it is zero or above. Code both of these wage types to appear on the payslip - /552 in the earnings column, the new wage type in the deductions column. Since you can only ever have one or the other, this should work.
