Automatic Employee Internal Order creation from Personnel No

There is a requirement that an employee should be created as internal order in the CO module during the Hiring Process.
This Internal order should have the same code as the emloyee's personnel number and should retrieve specific employee data, such as Name, Surname, so that the key user should not enter data twice (in the Personnel number and in the Internal Order).
Is there a STANDARD way to achieve this in CUSTOMIZING without ABAP development?

Never heard of employee being created as an Internal Order, sure you don't mean Vendor record in CO - In relation to payments for travel and other expenses outside payroll?
