beginner need your consultation. Absence and time evaluation

Postby Babyrka » Fri Nov 23, 2012 9:54 am

hello guys!

The situation is about:

I have two types of Absences:

TA1 (Quota - is 45 calendar days)
and
TA2 (Quota - is 60 calendar days).

But! our ordering company don't want to use 2006 info-type for these absences.
So, there is a question of payments constraints.

it expected to be realized through the evaluation time. As an option to create the appropriate kinds of time for absences where add hours and days in the lead accumulation SALDO.

But how can prescribe restrictions on the formation of wage types after a specified number of days (45 or 60) in the annual period?

If i put numbers in table T511K will it be correct? how then I will compare it with SALDO?

(i need a short algorithm how it can work, because I've just started my practice with time evaluation)

may be you have any other ideas?

Thanks for attention :)
Regards, Rita

you can store values in T511K if you want,

Query them using HRS=Cxxxxx in your PCR, where xxxxx is your constant

You can add values into SALDO using ADDMB, nd you can query values in SALDO using HRS=Mxxxx where xxxx is your time type.

Hope this helps.

Unfortunately, I will not write out your algorithm for you.

I believe you've already helped a lot. Thus, doing his algorithm would be too nice of you.
