Stat Adoption Pay only being paid at Lower Rate

Hi,

I am implementing occupation & statutory adoption pay for GB payroll.

When running payroll generating the statutory adoption payments GBSXP is generating the payment at the lower rate of 135.45 instead of the 90% of average weekly earnings.

Am I missing a config setting or constant ?

I have checked my constants against those in client 000 and SAP ones are all there. Although there is not a constant for the upper period time frame as there is for SMP ...

As far as I know that processing is correct. For adoption you get the lower of the 135.45 OR 90% of AWE. There is no provision for paying more than 135.45 or whatever the defined rate is.

It is only for SMP, that you get Upper rate equivalent to 90% of AWE for the first 6 weeks.

Company policy doc was wrong !! Have just read the HMRC website to clarify as was going mad !
