Payslip ( Feature ADDRS)

Post by pallavi04 » Thu Feb 23, 2012 4:02 am

Hi ,

Can anyone help me out in understanding ADDRS feature :

Tree is set up like this - feature ADDRS under RClas>CEDT > Molga >08 > set to 2/1. CEDT > Molga > otherwise is 1.

1 means (Permanent address) what does 2/1 means .

What is the written value of this feature at CEDT level.

What is the meaning of time administrator in PC00_M08_CEDT. If I input any value then it does not run the payslip.

Thanks

Pallavi

Hi Pallavi,

2/1 means it will look for address subtype 2 first and show that on the payslip but if subtype 2 doesn't exist, it will use subtype 1. If you have more than one type of payslip, you can use different address types for each one if you prefer. Tree view of feature would be based on the following, where ZESM, ZISS and ZTSS are different form types.

MOLGA Country Grouping

08 Great Britain
PERSG Employee Group
9 Group 1
9/1
otherwise
VARKY Key dependent on report category
ZESM
2/1
ZISS
6
ZTSS
3
otherwise
9

Not sure what you mean by written value of the feature - sorry.

We don't use time administrator ourselves but it looks as if this can be used as a selection criteria or a check on whether the person running the transaction is authorised to see the payslips.

Regards,
Sleepyjoe
