Data in Appraisal

Hello

We are live with appraisal module (web part and ECC background).
We are using transactions such as PHAP_ADMIN.

Does it existe any technical document, cause we can't access to all data (or they are hidden somewhere in cluster or else, very deeply in the system...)

We need to copy production data in validation system and change data from appraisal for security reason. (We have Clone & Test but doesn't work for that)

Any help is very welcomed !!
