Full & Final Settlement

Post by murty » Mon Apr 02, 2007 2:24 am

Dear Gurus,

I need to config leaving action and thereby to make Full & Final Settlement. Could anybody please suggest what is the SAP std functionality with regard to various infotypes to be maintained in leaving action.

What are all the Infotypes are required to be delimited during leaving action. OR - any infotypes to be delimited separately after leaving action is performed.

Urgent help is required.

Thanks in adv.

1. chk out the standard leaving action in sap it shud give u a good idea as to how u need to set up ure exit action.

2. if payroll is also done in sap,.. chk out the termination workbench for full and final settlement...

3. assuming u r talking about an indian scenario: i have seen earlier , when an employee leaves in between a payroll period, and setlement needs to be done immediately, usually the pay which is due is claculated manually put in an offcyle wagetype and paid,..
then later at the end of the month his normal payroll is run and the same is adjusted against the offcyle wagetype,. but this is just one way of doing it,.. there are other ways of doing it but its all dependant on ure client's hr-policy.

4. also the infotypes to be included in the infogroup are also totally dependant on ure client's policy/process.

hope the above helps.

cheers
c.
