Infotype 2052 in display mode only.

Post by Viz » Fri Mar 30, 2007 10:35 am

Hello all.

I was asked to give a user in display mode only the weekly Entries w/activity allocations (IT 2052). What she needs can be found in transaction PA61 but it is mainteable!

In transaction PA51 and PA53, I have the Month and Year but not the weekly.

Any idea how to acces to this info in display mode only?

Thanks in advance.

All the time infotypes are in one module pool MP200000. 2052 is a view of 2001/2002 absences and attendances.

You control display characteristics of infotypes(screens) using T588M & features. You will need the structure of the feature to enable a decision on usergroup or similar. Alternatively if your users do not have P_ORGIN write authorization for 2001/2002 they won't of course be able to create abs/attend in 2052.

If she doesn't need write access to any infotypes you could simply give her PA20 but I'd say she'd be better served just running a time report/query.
