How to prepare budget in SAP? (2)

Last time, I have asked the question for how to prepare budget. Thanks a lot for VC, Jack293 and Guest123.

However, I still want to know more details about the budgeting process:
1. What is the step to perform the budget, i.e. what to do first and next?
2. Any specialties required? what SD and PP staff can help us?
3. what FI and CO staff can do?

Does anyone has the experience and can guide me.
