calendar used in CO planning - closed

Post by lovagszent » Mon Aug 30, 2010 5:50 am

Dear All,
could anyone helps me to find out how the calendar is assigned to the CO-PA planning?
The situation is the follows: we enter a detailed planning data to KEPM, but it is only able to handle data for this year, and not to the following one (2011). So I have checked, and found that the factory calendar is assigned to plant (equals to company), but for KEPM- CO_PA planning the system used de default 99 calendar.
Could anyone tell me how the CO-PA planning is assigned to calendar?
Thx in advance

If the issue is with the assignment of the correct fiscal year variant, check the controlling area settings in t-code OKKP.

If the issue is that 2011 is locked for posting, check the settings in IMG->Controlling->Profitability Analysis->Planning->Initial Steps->Maintain Versions

Dear Mitch,
thank You for answering, I actually found the calendar assigned to the planning version, thanks for it.
But I could only change through the customizing, I can not find it in the users`transaction, where to set or modify the assigned calendar.
But Your answer was very helpful.
