FI/LC migration from 4.6B to ECC 6.0

Post by rsap2009 » Thu May 28, 2009 12:54 pm

We are currently on 4.6B migrating to ECC6.0. Currently they have FI-LC configured for realtime update. If they still want to use FI-LC what are the options available? I guess realtime update will not be available. Given that the client is in midst of the project, it may not be a viable option for them to migrate to EC-CS. The options available are rollup and data extract. What is the effort needed to configure for either of these options?

And it might be that they do not need consolidation at all now. So what would be a better approach in terms of turning off consolidation (how it needs to be approached whether turn it off or just keep the option of rollup).

Thanks.

Accept my mistake. Shall I retain like now like this or do you want me to post it as new topic? I think it already appears as new topic.

Thanks.
