Hi All,

I am a new member of SAP Fans community. As a part of my project at Infosys India, I am analyzing the level of correlation between the high level business objectives(like Revenue Growth, Customer Satisfaction etc) and the KPI's at the operational level (like Order fill rate, Cash to Cash cycle time etc). More precisely, I am interested in aligning the ERP benefits at operational levels (which in turn effect KPI's) to high level business goals.

In that regard, I would greatly appreciate some inputs on how to correlate the above parameters effectively (like are there any useful frameworks, tools, industry wide best practices etc).
