I want to restrict the system so that they can only post to a statistical WBS element and not an 'real' one.

So I did a little research and found validations in FI (sorry but I'm a PS & SD guy, so I didn't know about them ;) ). I think great and start playing with them. This is how far I got. Is it possible to config the system so that postings can only be made to statistical WBS element, not 'real' ones?
