Re: List of in process, valuated, closed inpsection lots

In QE51N you could try using the 'Char.filter'.

There are only some premade options, but it's possible to make extra filtering options in config.

You'll only see the insp.lots with the MIC's meeting the filter criteria.

Re: QGP1, Global layout

Thanks John.

Just what I needed. :D :D
The thought hadn't crossed my mind to go into 'Result history' maintaining and assuming it would be available in QGP1, I just went strait for the line where QGP1 was specified.

QGP1, Global layout (Solved)

Hi I'm working in ECC 6.0. We need to make a 'Global layout' in QGP1. When trying to make a new layout in QGP1 it's only possible to make user specific layouts. The field for 'User specific' is selected and grayed out, thus I can't remove the check. When looking at the documentation it states that i...

Re: Restrict Put inprocess icon

It might be that you can limit it down by looking at the Auth. object, Q_CHAR_PRC. Play around a bit with the values for "Final status of the Inspection Characteristic(Sample)" and/or "Initial status of the Inspection Characteristic(Sample)" You'd probably let the analyst only have access to initial...

Re: Printing Workshhet in QM Module

Sounds like 'Inspection instructions' to me.

You can activate immediate printing in the Insp.type or print it manually from the insp.lot.

You'll probably have to modify the layout at bit (we did).

The adminstration of the printing is done in CQ85.

Re: UD reverse

I guess it's probably because you're using the same batch number and the setting for the insp.type in the material master says 'For each Material, Batch and StorageLocation'. With this setting the system checks if it's already an insp.lot for the Mat/Batch/SLoc and since it is the stock is posted di...

Re: Can I assign multiple values for a class characteristic?

It's not quite clear what you want here. These two values are they : - the allowed range 0.67 - 0.75 mm for a given material ? - the two allowed values for the characteristic or for a given material ? - the allowed value for the same characteristic but for two different material ? - the measured val...

QM-mat. not posted to QI but UU appear in QVM2

We're struggling with some HU-managed materials. When the HU's are assigned to a delivery at the time of the UD the HU's aren't transfered to unrestricted. As a workaround we're using QVM2 to find the insp.lots that we have to reenter to get all stock posted. The challenge is that we have some mater...

Re: Transfer Insp.results to batch

That's a bit awkward. After 2,5 months we've got > 800 lot's with LTIN. We're not going to print CoA's for all of then but.... Fortunately we found an OSS-note (119741 - Usge dec.:Advnce results transf. f. long-term chars.) that seems to fix it. (Some testing remaining). It's not concidered to be st...

Re: Transfer Insp.results to batch

That's what we do to 'close' the lot after all LTC's are completed.

The insp.lot gets status ICCO (All inspections completed) and it disappears from QE51N.
I also tried QA32 and 'Change results', and I do get a pop-up, but unfortunately it says : "The function you selected cannot be carried out".

Transfer Insp.results to batch (Solved)

Hi I'm in ECC 6.0 The scenario is that we're using both insp.plan and mat.spec. All MIC's are referenced to Class char, required & Long term (LTC). No insp.point/physical samples involved. If we enter results for all MIC's prior to UD the results are transfered to the batch. :) If we have open LTC t...

Re: BBD in worklist, QE51N

We had some challenges getting the DDB since the Batch is created at the same time as the insp.lot, and thus the MCH1 table was empty, but we managed.
We put the BBD in the Insp.lot short text, which is available in the layout in QE51N.

Now it's working.

Thanks a lot. :D

Re: Define origin of result data

It depends on what you want to do. I've never used it for Test Equipement, but it's an option for 'Recurring insp for Func.Location' so I suppose it can be used for Test Equipement. I suggest that you read the help doc and play around a bit. It's not that many settings. You find it here : IMP->Quali...

Re: Define origin of result data

Hi

It's used if you want to copy results. You then need to specify where to get the result.
You'll also have to do some config to allow copying if that's what you need.

Re: Quality Nofitication Workflow

Hi We've implemented WS00200063 - Complet Task WS00400064 - Complete Task - Person responsible changed I'm not sure how you did your Agent assignment, but what we did was to keep the rule already entered and then go to the 'Agent assignment' and set it as 'General task'. The system then finds the re...
