This is a stupid, stupid thread. Here's some more fuel for your pathetic fire.

Moslems are murdering paedophiles.

Jews are tight.

Black people are thieves.

Irish are stupid.

Americans spread peace and love throughout the world.

Indians can't code.

The Welsh are well-hung.

Sam, you're selling yourself short. All you'll do is push up the agent's margin, because he will still sell you in at normal (or near normal) rate.

Yeah, I was amused to learn he was a "top" negotiator. I wonder whether the next level down in the negotiating chain are F19 pilots?

The Lady with the Sandwiches

Each morning a lady wheels an array of sandwiches and assorted snacks into our office then, in a very very very strong welsh accent with a slight lisp, bellows "TROLLEY" to announce her arrival, whereupon a crowd of customers descend on her. A foreign colleague, having consulted his Turkish/English ...

I've flown Manchester-New Jersey on Continental and it was fine. Security measures were pretty stringent, there were oodles of games we could play on the console thingy.

If Delta had been 200 quid cheaper, mind, I'd have a different anecdote to tell.

Can you shed some light on the set-up required for moveable broadband, Rich? I assume you're (like me) UK-based.

AOL have a package offering broadband from home and dial-up when away from home, but I'd rather use semaphore.

Data loads and Data Cleansing with Standard SAP programs?

I want to extract vendor data from one SAP system, clean it up, then load it to SAP system 2. I hoped to extract using RFBIKR10 then upload using RFBIKR00, BUT the files contain many record types of varying definitions. So it is messy to split the files to allow the users to clean the data. I assume...

Yes, it's possible. This is a question that gets asked many times. It's number 5 in the FAQ section.

RFCs not being executed, though BAPIs are.

We have a production barcode scanning system (MCL) that issues both BAPI calls and RFCs to SAP. Recently we set up a test barcode scanning application but although the BAPI calls work fine, the RFCs don't (they trigger a -3 return code in the MCL application). Please can anyone give me some pointers...

I'm sure I answered one like this last week. T Try this: Create a line of text on your PO Go to transaction SE16 and enter table STXH. Search for all entries created by you today. Now open up another session, go to transaction SE37. Run function module READ_TEXT. The input parameters you need to spe...

Perhaps the old system had additional indexes created on some of the larger tables? Have these been replicated in the new system?

So, if I understand correctly, you want text to be populated automatically IF the user does not enter something when creating a quotation?

Try searching the forum for VOTX. This is the transaction you will need (possibly VOTXN). You will find lots of information to help you.
