Re: Advice for a Tree-like Data Structure please!

HI,
I think the blocking point for using these classes would be :
The child could also have multiple parents
.
The built-in assumption is a single parent for a node.

Re: Classification: Characteristic with more than 30 chars

In the name of the characteristic ? No, not without heavily modifying the standard.

Re: Strugling with SELECT

For the last HU being ****, move this :

Code: Select all

<l_field> = RP_HU.
before this

Code: Select all

  AT LAST.
    EXIT.
  ENDAT.

Re: Strugling with SELECT

The typo was :

Code: Select all

IF <ls_data> IS NOT ASSIGNED.
  ASSIGN ('%dtab') TO <ls_data>. "not <lt_data>
ENDIF.

Re: Strugling with SELECT

Oh, it_hus declaration should be

Code: Select all

DATA: it_hus TYPE STANDARD TABLE OF VBFA-VBELN.
(I copy-pasted your code on this section).

Re: Strugling with SELECT

At this point, you'd better stop torturing Queries and start writing custom programs. Here, you'll have to mess with field symbols, internal table... But you could try this: - in the DATA code section, declare these : FIELD-SYMBOLS: <lt_data> TYPE STANDARD TABLE, <ls_data> TYPE ANY, <l_field> TYPE A...

Re: Strugling with SELECT

OK, here's are a fex ways you could do this. With SELECT...ENDSELECT : CLEAR RP_HU. SELECT VBELN FROM VBFA INTO RP_HU WHERE VBELV = LIKP-VBELN AND VBTYP_N = 'X'. "do whatever you want here with this document number ENDSELECT. IF sy-subrc <> 0. "no document found "try selecting in VTFA ENDIF. With in...

Re: Strugling with SELECT

If you use SELECT SINGLE, you get only one line (at most). With SELECT ..... ENDSELECT, the program will loop at the four entries, and for each execute the code that is between the SELECT and the ENDSELECT instruction. That's why ou're left with the last one after the loop. You could also use SELECT...

Re: Help with Stock report

The consignement stock is not in any storage location - it's at the customer's.
You could add the entries of MSKU to your internal table with an empty storage location, I guess.

But if you're looking for an easy table join in a query, well... not so easy, you'll have to code.

Re: Manual printing of invoices generated in batch

Set it to dispatch time 3 (Send with application own transaction) in the condition records, and have the user run transaction VF31 to print what he wants?

Re: SQ01/Infoset Query suppress zeros

You need the name of the node between quotes :

Code: Select all

IF quantity1 = 0 AND quantity2 = 0.
  REJECT 'MYNODENAME'.
ENDIF.

Re: SQ01/Infoset Query suppress zeros

Oh... You're using a logical database, I see.
You could put your code in the GET event of the appropriate node, and use the REJECT [node] instruction to filter out the line.

Re: SQ01/Infoset Query suppress zeros

In the infoset, in the Extras, in tab Code, add a code section 5 (Record Processing), and check the quantities are not zero.
For example:

Code: Select all

CHECK quantity1 <> 0 OR quantity2 <> 0.

Re: Reporting Deliveries with Batch split

"Total length must be 25" => means your batch numbers are 7 characters long, I guess.
Either use

Code: Select all

CONCATENATE matnr charg INTO objek RESPECTING BLANKS.
or

Code: Select all

objek(18) = matnr.
objek+18 = charg.

Re: Reporting Deliveries with Batch split

You're looking for entries in INOB for batches ? Depend on if the batch is cross-plant (table MCH1), plant-specific (MCHA), etc... The field OBJEK will be the key of the batch table (disregarding field MANDT). For table MCHA, the material number is on the 18 first characters of INOB-OBJEK, followed ...
