Re: Batch has already been posted in stock for return delivery

Hi,

At the time of posting goods return, do you have any stock on hand with this particular batch number? Did you use standard movement type 222 for goods return from project? Did you get the same error when posting goods return without reference to original material document?

Cheers,
HT

Re: Default return item

Hi,

If this is the case, then I would suggest you to look at the use of system enhancement via either BAdI or user exit where the default setting in this field will be carried out in accordance with your custom logic.

Re: PR release header or item dynamic

Hi,

No, it is not feasible as the overall or item-wise release strategy is defined at the PR document type level via configuration.

Re: Default return item

Hi, Wouldn't it be more logical to use the original PO in support for your vendor return instead of using the return PO? Of course, it is technically feasible that you can define the new return document type for which you can configure your system to set this field as mandatory so that end user will...

Re: Maximum number of Slocs for a Plant in OX09

Hi Bart, Since T001L-LGORT has been defined in the transparent table with 4 characters, it is technically feasible to create up to 9999 storage locations per plant in configuration. However, from the enterprise structure definition point of view, it is quite surprised if we are heading down to this ...

Re: Stock in Transit (Plant)

Hi, I would be quite surprised that MB51 couldn't pick up the related transaction by which your erroneous transferred material was placed into stock in transit. As further action shall be logically carried out with reference to the original material document, I would suggest you to re-run MB51 repor...

Re: Valuated Stock

Hi, While MMBE / MD04 read directly the stock related table (MARD, for instance), MCBA (or MC.9) retrieve data from information structures (S0xx) which are updated with lower priority. If an update fails due to a certain reason, then your information structure data are out of date. To fix this outst...

Re: Special Stock O

Hi, The subcontract component material will be kept in stock with special stock type ''O'' once the 541 goods issue is posted with reference to your subcontract PO (via standard ADSUBCON / ME2ON) or without reference to subcontract PO (i.e. directly via MIGO transaction). It has nothing to do with t...

Re: PR Release Procedure

Hi, How did you define your PR release strategy i.e. which release characteristics have you used in your release procedure? Since it is always the case that the material group is required in case of non-material ID PR, perhaps, you should consider using this field to deactivate the release strategy ...

Re: movement in Migo dropdown

Hi,

When you configure your movement type in OMJJ transaction, make sure that the MIGO transaction shall be added to the list of allowed transaction code for your related movement type.

Re: Enter price with MR21 without entering valuation type

Hi,

This message number was hard-coded as error status in the standard function module PRCH_CHECK_MR2X_BLANK.

Hi,

Yes, it is obvious that the manual setting of this indicator checkbox via ME22N transaction will definitely close the open commitment.

Re: delivery/shipment two purchase orders

Hi,

Does it mean both POs have had two different receiving plant locations? How did you pack your deliveries into shipment? Directly via VT02N transaction?

Re: Service PO Delivery Compl Indicator Usage

Hi, If the ''Final Entry'' functionality has already been used, I guess there are three work-around solutions I am thinking of - 1) Build the workflow solution in ML81N transaction so that once the business believes there won't be any more SES to be maintained, he / she can manually initiate the wor...
