Re: Time approver

Yes it can be done in various ways depending on the complexity of the requirement. now you have not mentioned if you are using ess/mss and if yes what ehp you are on here that would have been helpful. however asuming that: you are using ess/mss on...

Re: Context sensitive solution

there is no such thing as a simple yes or no answer in hr related security in sap especialy with structural and context stuff thrown in. so the answer to your question could potentially be a yes and no... let m give you a few hypothetical scenarios: 1. how is the overall org str built? does denmark ...

Re: need some help on mac!

Did you buy this rocket for yourself? Your own kids? The idea is to visit someone, leave the present, get showered with love and thanks from some 10 or 12 year old that just got something that can ignite and has fire coming out it, and LEAVE!!!! You obviously screwed up one or more these concepts. ...

Re: need some help on mac!

Try giving a kid a cheap model rocket. (can be had for $5-8). Not only do the parents have to help build them, but then they have to buy the rocket engines, fuses, electirc ignitor, etc... Not to mention the trip to the park or ball field to shoot them off. Great for the kids of the cousins you nev...

Re: Role of KPI in HRM

I'm sorry to say I don't agree with you. I believe there's an attachement beetween bonus and achievements. If you want your employees work better and better, evaluate them, encourage by reward, bonus... So, I think although there're some disadvantages, KPI is one of best methodes in HRM. apology ac...

Re: Role of KPI in HRM

when I was a permie, any actual-annual 'bonus' paid out was dependant on the virtual-kpi's and the cooked-up stories I wrote trying to prove I met those virtual-kpi's. one important lesson learnt was: there is no relation between the bonus and the actual achievements of an individual. its all about ...

Re: HR roles - P_ORGIN

am not a security guy and the question you asked can be answered with both a yes and a no based on various criteria,.. but one small value add I can suggest is: try using p_orgxx for non-admin-type of users and limit the assignment of p_orgin to them altogether,.. couple that with role assignment vi...
