Re: Blank lines on payslip

Hi, I wish I could help but I can't get blank lines to appear when I use PC00_M11_CEDT to run a GB payslip which has been copied to IE. When you say 'blank lines', I presume you mean empty fields on P0006? Just a thought, if you've set the line length to greater than 40, is the blank line a continua...

Re: Company Pension Scheme/Pension Fund

LOL We're looking at the whole pension scheme administration setup and SAP has Company Pension Scheme and Pension Fund nodes in the IMG so we were wondering if these had ever been used. Our pension scheme is currently administered on another system but as they won't allow an interface from it to SAP...

Company Pension Scheme/Pension Fund

Hi, Has anybody used the Company Pension Scheme/Pension Fund functionality in the UK? My boss has asked me to find out if this has been used in the UK Public Sector but I suspect that other systems are being used and interfaced with SAP rather than using a SAP solution. But hey, I said I'd ask the q...

Re: Blank lines on payslip

We use ADRS-LINE0, ADRS-LINE1 etc to show name and address on our GB payslips (CEDT forms) and it works fine and removes any blank lines. We were using the P0006 fields at one time but could never remove the blank lines. You might want to check that your feature ADDRS is set to pick up an address ty...

Re: Is there a way to change the start date of IT2006 record?

In our system (4.7) you can change start date in PA30 even if absences already exist as long as the absences are still within your new date range; if not, you have to delete the absences first as per info from hrboss.

Re: Retrieve personnel num (PERNR) within pers. calc rule (PE02)

Hi, Don't know if this helps but you can retrieve the personnel number as a value and store it in your variable table as in the following which works off Wage Type 1000, eg if the PERNR was 99999999, the value 99,999,999.00 would appear in the variable table. Otherwise you could output the value as ...

Re: How to Delete RPCEDTG0 System Variant?

Tried that several times now and no joy. Sent an OSS and reply implied that the system variant should exist in client 000 which it doesn't so that may be the problem. Bottom line appears to be that I need to get each system opened up for changes and customising (with SCC4) and then try deleting. I m...

How to Delete RPCEDTG0 System Variant?

Hi, We've somehow managed to create a second system variant, CUS&_XXX1 for our remuneration statements program where the correct system variant is CUS&_XXX. This must have happened when we were on 4.6B and we're now on 4.7. I deleted the CUS&_XXX1 variant in our DEV client which automatically create...

Re: Remuneration Statements - Upgrade from 4.7 to ERP 6.0

Hi, An update - the version of RPCEDTG0 in ECC 6 doesn't include the ME payslip functionality that exists in the 4.7 version so I guess SAP is forcing us down the HRFORMS route for our ME records. Our ABAPers have tried to create a Z version of the program but each change just generates another erro...

Re: Remuneration Statements - Upgrade from 4.7 to ERP 6.0

Hi, Thanks for making it clear in the latest post that CEDT forms can still be used in ECC6. I wasn't sure if this was one of those situations where transactions are still active but aren't meant to be used. You're right about something wrong at our end as the forms aren't seeing the wage type texts...

Re: Remuneration Statements - Upgrade from 4.7 to ERP 6.0

I've used PE51 to check cumulation IDs etc and everything looking OK but still no texts on forms. I found a similar unanswered query in another forum but stupidly forgot to save the URL and now can't find it so can't go back to see if answer has been given yet. Can anybody confirm they still use CED...

Remuneration Statements - Upgrade from 4.7 to ERP 6.0

Hi, Can we still use CEDT forms and RPCEDTG0 in ERP 6.0? On a test version we've been given to look at, our old payslips display amounts in the right places but there are no wage type or cumulation wage type texts. I get the impression we are supposed to use HRFORMS but if there's any way of avoidin...

Re: Read data from table PENS in a PCR?

Hi Guys, A very belated 'Thank you' for your help, especially Big Chief; the second example you quoted gave me valuable clues as to how to extract the specific data I was after; we have 21 pension schemes availabe but I only needed the data for 2 of them in a PCR. I had to put my work on this area o...
