Different catalogs for different AQLs

Good day colleagues!! Here we have a (slight) problem, that is that the legacy system uses Different catalogs for different AQLs (Acceptable Quality Levels). The weird thing is, the catalog is the same, the only thing is that the same defects change from "Critical" to lesser categories and such Have...

Re: Notifications issued through "03" insp lots

Thanks Anand but, even it is configured as you suggested, it still pulls a single notification through each "03" insp lot and piles everything up there

Any other expert has suggestions for this? Thank you.. ALEX :)

Notifications issued through "03" insp lots

We are having a problem regarding Notifications issued through "03" (in- process) inspection lots, generated as "inspection points" if you click on the "Defect" button - with a red flag - while you are posting inspection results, it brings you to the transaction for making notifications But, if you ...

Re: QM Work center capacity requirements

Whenever you do a routing that has PP and QM steps in it, the QM capacity requirements appear empty and gray (non-changeable) so i guess ASK is right.. this, is regarding the "03" origin lots. If a set quantity of minutes / cost is spent in inspection, this might as well be added to the previous WC ...

Re: QM Work center capacity requirements

PP consultants should be able to help you with these, but you would have the first QM implementation with capacity requirements.. and our module is already complicated enough... SAP demos never have capacity requirements in them.. The way to go would be to use a PP control key that can use inspectio...

Re: Catalog discrimination by plant

Thnks Anand for your quick response!! Wat i am saying, is that, for Usage decisions for example, I have a catalog which is like 280 records long, (every plant multiplied by every decision type) and here all they worry about is to mark it accepted or rejected... and it already comes with the "selecte...

Catalog discrimination by plant

Hi QM buddies i would like that each division (Plant, that is) see only their own chosen catalogs Not that it matters that much, but it really clutters, and they are complaining Any hint on whrere you start? Should I check the "Selected sets allowed" in the IMG? And then process everything through Q...

If you mean INSPECTION LOT quantity, you can change it in QA02 before any usage decisions are done

How do I inspect with no time ticket entry?

Dear SAP colleagues The question "How do I inspect with no time ticket entry?" means that, in this particular system we are trying to put QM in, there are only three time ticket entries daily, at the end of each shift The problem is, then, that there are no inspection lots to write the results of my...
