Status of background job in RFC destination

Hi all, In one of our Z-programs we have an RFC function call. It triggers an event in the destination. As a result a background job is started. So far so good. But it should not be possible to trigger the event when the background job is still running. So we want a check in the caling program to ch...

How about creating a key field, something like a line count?

Isn't an internal table enough though?

now suppose:

Code: Select all

year 2001 - 2004

What does that mean?
march 2001 to august 2004 or
august 2001 to march 2004?

Re: Negative values not allowed

You probably missed out on setting the placeholder for the minus sign in your screen field

How about something like this?

Code: Select all

data:
  begin of itab occurs 0,
    field001 ... ,
    field002 ... ,
    ...
    field200 ... ,
  end of itab.
data:
  variable(1000).

loop at itab.
  variable = itab.
  condense variable no-gaps.
  do something.
endloop.

In the Flow Logic change the order in which you fill the table controls.

If you use the wizard to generate the table controls you'll find a 'hidden' message explaining this.

The where-used points to FV45SFST. If you go there and use the Find function, you get 6 hits.

You don't find anything in SAPMV45A because FV45SFST isn't part of it. The form that is called is called like: PERFORM do_something(FV45SFST).

1. If you (or your developer) have the right debug skills, you will find the point where the warning is issued.

2. Removing an entry in T100 is a system modification

3. Even if the entry in T100 does not exist, it will issue the warning. Write a oneliner: message s000(zabc). to test this.
