It's been a while but as far as I remember, that's it.

I assume that you are happy with KR and ZS having the sharing the same number range and reversing document type?

KKA2 - how to display RA in other currencies

When I run the Results Analysis for Project (KKA2), I get the results displayed in Co. Area currency, does anyone know how I can get it to display in company code currency?

Thanks in advance

Told you this the wrong way around - you need to set up your analysis period first, then change the field then save the cost centre. Not sure why it works one way but not the other.

i also forgot to mention, you then delete the part you don't want using KS04.

Change one of the time-dependent characteristics on cost centre AAA (I usually just put a full-stop in the department field) and then select Edit->analysis period and click "other analysis period". Put the date range as 01.01.2011 -31.12.9999. Save the cost centre. It will split the cost centre. Not...

Hello Graver, I didn't quite follow you logic for what you are trying to calculate but what I have done before to get RP calcs to work correctly is to replicate the line of values above the line that is to appear on the report, hide the new line but change the formulas on the displayed line so that ...

Capall, Niel is sort of right in saying that there is no way to delete plan data. You could get rid of them through archiving but I would only take that route if there are a lot as its not worth the aggravation. As Niel said, the best way is to zeroise it. however, if you are concerned about table s...

You will need to perform year end closing (AJAB) then fiscal Year close (AJRW). In the IMG you may also need to check the Fiscal Year settings (depending on how your fiscal calendar is defined, how it relates to the depreciation periods etc ) and the period weightings (IMG->Financial Accounting->Ass...

On the report painter report, are you expecting to see the plan version 0 values in the "budget" column? Check the report painter parameters, to ensure that the budget column is defined so that it can look at plan version 0 (i.e. its not restricted to values 1-3) and that it has the correct record t...

Hi Manish, I'm not sure - i've seen this with report writer reports and it was because of a report filter on fiscal year but i've not seen it on standard SAP cost centre reports. The fact that you were able to use KP97/KP98 to seed the plan version and are able to see the results via KP07 implies th...
