Re: SAP query - output list

Hello Pejuz1, sorry to be pedantic here but are you saying you have a query about output lists in SAP or that you want to produce an output list in "SAP Query" (transaction SQ01)? If you are talking about "SAP Query", instead of using "basic list", use "statistics" and then you can have one-line sub...

Re: plan data at balance sheet item level

Thanks DarkDuck. Hadn't thought of that. It makes perfect sense, I will run it by my FInance department.

plan data at balance sheet item level

HI, we are in ECC 6.0 and have a requirement to load plans for balance sheet line items rather than at G/L account level (i.e. "cash", "deferred tax" etc rather than the accounts that make up those line items). For reporting, we have created sets to group the relevant accounts. Does anyone know how ...

Re: Discontueing cost center from specific date

Create another time interval for the cost center starting at 1st April so you end up with two time intervals for the cost center (one upto 31st March, one for 1st April until 12/31/9999). Then delete the second time interval record so the cost center stops at 31st March is left. To create the new ti...

Re: The Kids Links Challenge

I think one of the techies at my local cable supplier accidentally achieved it yesterday: http://www.wral.com/news/local/story/7240479/ why couldn't they have done it between 6pm and 730pm when I have to repeatedly watch Dragon Tales or Little Bear (both of which could have had a whole new meaning)?

Re: SAP assistance using select in query

you need to create an internal table to hold the knumh values - from what you have attached, I'm assuming that at the moment you have declared Knumh as either a workarea or variable (?). Then, change your select so that it is like: SELECT KNUMH from konh into TABLE <whatever you called your table> w...

Re: User Exit for F-02

In the IMG, choose: "Financial Accounting->General Ledger Accounting->Business Transactions->G/L Account Postings->Make and Check Document Settings->Validation in Accounting Documents" (this is the path in ECC 6.0 so there might be some slight changes in other versions) and then you can create a val...

Re: 2 labour rates for timesheet bookings

I haven't got a system in front of me but I think that for what you are trying to do, you set the cost rates up in t-code KP26 and in the employee master you link the employee to the cost center/activity type you defined in KP26

The second option should have worked. Where have you put the check logic? It should be under "record processing".

So POD, What you are basically saying is that in the other thread about things you need explaining, although Sandi was protecting you by not naming, the guilty.. well Nick it's like this... one of the guys I worked with had a Prince Albert, which none of us knew about until somehow it managed to fal...

Re: Custom Field in AdHoc Query

Hi Benjamin, as you currently have it, this report would only be okay for running the report for today, so you could change the logic to look at sy-datum. If you want to run this report historically, or for a date range, you are going to have to refine your logic to cover records that existed at any...

Re: Custom Field in AdHoc Query

Hello Benyamin, I'm not really sure what you are saying so you may need to try and explain it again. As I understand it, you have created a custom field (Employee Dept) in the infoset and have successfully populated it with a value (using Employee id) but you now want to know how to add this custome...

Re: Company codes 0550/0550 do not appear in proposal 19.01.2010

It may not be the only reason, but when I have encountered this message before it was because there were no open items to process.

Please check that company code 0550 has vendor open items to process and that those vendors are not excluded from your parameter settings.
