Re: Requirement date

Hi

I think the easiest would be to maintain "Lead-time offset" in component detail and schedule the order again. Requirement date will be changed accordingly.

Re: BDC_insert,screen,&,is invalid in LSMW

Hi

Could it be that your routing contains work centers that are locked (see SAP note 459333)?

Re: How can I design report for production order?

Hi asakurayoh

It depends, are you looking at confirmed quantities, confirmed times, or both? However, you can look at tables AFVC and AFVV (key AUFPL you can get from AFKO) and table AFRU.

Re: Adding new order categories

Hi eggy

I am really wondering why you want to create a new order category?! If you just want to distinguish between them, create a new order type. Or even easier, use MRP controller and/or production supervisor for differentiation.

Re: Tracking the cost and usage of PRT

Hi LAT123

Although I'm not an expert with PRT scenarios, I know that PRTs can be created as materials. This might give you more options when it comes to calculating purchasing and usage costs.

Re: Set Yield of Operation as Operation qty for next Operation

Hi bart jongen

This can be specified in the production scheduling profile (OPKP) by setting the flag "Adjustment of quantities in order to actual values" in block "Confirmation".

Re: Count Finish and start date of PrdOrd by order type

Hi sapitman

Not sure if I understand you 100% correctly. But what you can define in OPU3 is that for one order type you schedule based on routing and for another order type you just schedule based on in-house production time from material master.

Re: COGI SLED/BBD problem

What error message do you get now? Maybe you can find some information in the following SAP notes:

394299 - Collective note: SLED processing for automatic goods receipt
567522 - Consulting: Dialog box for entering production date/SLED
545749 - COGI: How to correct certain errors.

Re: production order compoent sorting

Hi jens1101 Please have a look at SAP note 25092 "Material component sorting in production order": 1. The sorting of the components in the bill of material is carried out according to item number and material number. 2. The sorting of the components in the production order is carried out according t...

Re: Confirmation Profile specific per Order Type

Hi jLmendoza Although I am not 100% sure, I cannot imagine that this is possible. At the time you start CO11N, the system checks for confirmation profile and does not know the order type you want to confirm for. And by the time the order type is known, the confirmation profile is already checked. In...

Re: Missing Parts List (CO24) / Missing Parts Profile

Hi sdhelp

Yes, this can be achieved with missing parts profile (transaction OPL4).

Afterwards you can assign it to order type/plant in transaction OPL8.

Re: Get daily Production details table

Hi Godwin I'm afraid you will have to be a bit more specific. What "production details" are you looking for? Please have a look at transaction COOIS. It displays basically all information from production orders on different levels (header, operations, components...) including batch information and y...

Re: List of stock values, History

Hi

I hope I'm not oversimplifying, but we scheduled a RM07MBST job which always runs at the end of the month and we then keep record of the total stock values.
