SAP's PDF Print files

Hi

Does anyone know what happened to SAPs PDF files (aka "print files")? I still found them not too long ago after (i.e. after their help portal renovation). But now even Google gives me a dead link:

http://help.sap.com/content/additional/ ... /index.htm

Thanks,

Re: BOM in CS11 different from material in COR3

Hi

You could also check the validity dates of the BOM components. Maybe they will only become valid in future? Run CS11 with the BOM explosion date from the process order.

Re: Scheduling with breaks indicator OPU5

Hi swathi0925 It is actually the other way around: when you do not set the flag "schedule with breaks" the processing time will be stretched (e.g. 2.5 hours + 7.2 minutes => start time 15:37), because the break time is equally distributed over the day. And if you do set the flag "schedule with break...

Re: Scheduling with breaks indicator OPU5

Hi swathi0925 I also came across this not too long ago. And my understanding is: if you do not set this flag the system reduces (in your example) the available capacity by reducing each of the 9 hours by 1/9th. But if you set this flag and you have valid shift definition the system considers the act...

Re: Function Module Production Order

Hi

Concerning the 1st part of your question: you can check function module CO_DB_RESB_ARRAY_SELECT. You will need RSNUM of the production order.

Not sure about 2nd part of your question.

Re: Go from COOIS to CO11N?

Hi there Glad that someone is actually reading my posts... You can create a navigation profile to enable users to navigate from COOIS directly to other transactions and to come back to COOIS (*1). But keep in mind that this is not via double-click, but by marking a line and then clicking on th...

Re: CM01 How to see actual remaining hours?

Hi sfsm97 There seems to be a misunderstanding: CM01 shows the actual capacity requirements. Which means the planned hours only for an order which has no confirmations yet. But each partial confirmation reduces this until with the final confirmation all capacity requirements are reduced to 0. Johnny...

Re: Working time and meal breaks for workers

Hi Michael

Just an idea: is the flag "Scheduling with breaks" set in OPU3? Because to me it seems like your breaks are equally distributed over the shift.

Changes relevant to scheduling

Hi everyone Production orders are being automatically scheduled when someone makes a "change relevant to scheduling" as it says in the docu of field TCX00-TERM_AUTO or CO_AUTERM. But is there somewhere a (hopefully complete  ) list of such changes? I can think of manual changes of dates and qu...

Re: Need CO04N printing multiple forms collated and in sequence

Hi Ramarao I think both outputs have to go into the same spool request. For this purpose we are using a "main print program" which triggers 2 other print programs (header/operations & components list). The first one creates, but not finalizes the spool request (i.e. ITCPO-TDFINAL = ''), so that the ...

Navigation from CO46

Hello everyone I have a (maybe silly?) problem in CO46: in rel 4.6C it was possible to jump from CO46 for instance to a planned order, but also to other elements by menu Goto -> Elements Display/Change. Now, in ECC 6.0, SAP has granted us a beautiful ALV layout, but I just don't know how to navigate...

Re: CM01 Seeing overruns

Hi Stevie

Just an additional comment: in COOIS you can define navigation profiles where you can insert almost all transaction (incl. SPA/GPA) in order to enable the user to jump from COOIS to CO11N.

Re: CM01 Seeing overruns

Hi Stevie I'm not 100% sure if I understood you correctly. But to me CM01 seems inadequate for your requirement, since the capacity load is being reduced every time you confirm the order/operation (no matter if flagged final or not). So, if you have reached (or overbooked) the required capacity, the...
