Re: Arrear details in payroll result

My answer still remains the same. The Wagetype 1003 will contain the total amount paid IN the current period, however, it may contain some amounts relevant FOR previous periods - these are the arrears. To analyse it into amounts per payroll period examine the FOR period. STandard Function modules re...

Re: Arrear details in payroll result

Certainly IN the payroll results for any given period, check the "In-Period" and "For-Period" for any wagetype. The line where "In-period"= "For period" is the amount for the current period The lines where "IN-period" is the current period and "For-period" is a previous period, are all arrears Simpl...

Re: Updating Infotype 0 when executing PPOME

I would always execute an Org reassignment action from the ACtions INfotype in PA (PA40) rather than through Org Assignment.

Re: Qualifications List of a Requirements Profile (LO)/Job/Pos.

A Requirements Profile will be typically assigned Qualifications (object type Q) through the relationships table HRP1001. The relationships assigned will be 031 (IIRC)

Hope this helps.

Re: e-payslips

BOSS, as an HR functional consultant, I cannot claim to know the technical ins and outs of this - definitely please get a portal guy to check this out in more detail - But in principle, I do not think there is any problem in providing a link to an external system on our internal SAP Enteprise Portal...

Count,

As the question was raised in 2002, it is quite possible that the consultant has either solved his problem or been kicked upstairs to project management by now.

Re: e-payslips

Where are the payroll results held? in system B, I presume? Therefore I suppose only thing is to set up a portal in system B for them to access from system A. In the company I work for, we have recently recieved details of how to log in to the epayslip system provided by the third party Payroll bure...

Re: KIT DAY - SAP creates negative OxP when none is due

I assume KTM is set up correctly in T554C, with a the correct day rule and Time unit and percentage.

I also assume V_T5GPBS29 has the scheme witha default payment band maintained for Nil Pay Processing?

Re: How has SAP-HR evolved since Y2K?

Maybe you should buy Greg Newmans book, which tells you all abotu SAP HCM as of a year or so ago. blatant marketing ,... but yes its a good book to start with 8) He is one of ours. Anyway, a serious answer to this question cannot be condensed into a few lines of answer in this f...

Re: Stat Adoption Pay only being paid at Lower Rate

HRDAN,

As far as I know that processing is correct. For adoption you get the lower of the 135.45 OR 90% of AWE. There is no provision for paying more than 135.45 or whatever the defined rate is.

It is only for SMP, that you get Upper rate equivalent to 90% of AWE for the first 6 weeks.

Re: Facing interview after 3yrs on SRM,Need suggestions

It is a fact that someone with 3 years experience in this field will not worry about what interview questions are going to be asked. Most interviews do not follow a strict formula from a bank of questions. But there are some key questions which many people do ask - stuff about your own assessment of...
