There is no relationship as such. You will need to write a dynamic action if you require the Joining Date in Ac tions infotype to update the Date Specifications inoftype automatically. How about a Personnel Sub Area in each Personnel Area called "Home Workers" - I assume that all these people working from Home are all assigned to different company codes?

Logging in after a month

Logged in after a month and was thrilled to see about 20 new posts. But all it was was Swapnil007 resurrecting all sorts of dead posts with non value added comments. So everything is just as it was then. Hope everyone is fine.
