Re: Retrive the spool once it is deleted ?

Not sure this is an ABAP question but I don't know if there's a way to do this - AFAIK there is a BASIS job that 'sweeps' up all the deleted spools on a regular timeframe.

I'm therefore moving this question to the BASIS forum where Snowy can decide what to do with it 8)

Re: Skip a page in Duplex Smartforms

I'd sort out a different SMARTFORM if the output medium is not of the correct type personally - should be easy enough to copy your existing form and amend appropriately.

Yes - search the forum for the change document tables CDHDR & CDPOS for more information on how to do this (again your question is very general)

Re: commit after a call transaction synchronous

The BDC is a seperate LUW as far as SAP is concerned, so you need to re-examine your design.

Re: Messages in alv grid..

You can use pop-up windows to display your message instead of standard SAP messages, or if you wanted to write them to the application log there are topics which discuss how to do that on this form if you do a quick search.

Re: David Blaine - his latest 'stunt'... II

Whilst I accept that he's a tallented illusionist the man just bugs me for being a t*t all the time. Half of his stunts are rubbish and the other half are awesome.... perhaps we should split Blaine into his constituent good and piss poor parts and put the bad stuff in a box and only let the good bit...

Re: Internal Table In Smartform

You have a solution to this problem on ITToolbox.

For the sake of SAPFans-only users - the solution is to create a table of your structure not another structure of your structure in the data declaration.

Re: Attachment / follow up.

I can't think of a way to do this in ABAP with the SAP Calendar but you might be able to add a user exit which calls Outlook / similar desktop program at the time the link of the object to the contract is being done, perhaps in the save routine?

Re: Function Modules contained within tcodes

The other thing I'd do is start compiling a list when you find these TCodes and update SU24 so that next time someone's trying to work on this object there's a starter for 10 for them
