Sorry to be a party pooper here, but I do take offense to the title of one of these threads: Re: Help a nigga or destroy a brother? I find it especially troubling that the main antagonist in that "discussion" seems to have been a young woman from India who is obviously troubled by the many bad & rac...

Re: RFC error during logon: 104 RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE

Hi I am trying to register a CCMS agent, and I am getting the error: RFC error during logon: 104 RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE [Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)]. I tested the user access with the information I have and it works fine. Any idea? If this issue is still open, could you tell me ...

Re: Help High Avaliable

Good afternoon, I am configuring SAP to work with high availability, but I am in doubt with the manual. We will have 2 node. My operational system is linux Red Hat 2.6.18-194.3.1.el5 and the data base goes to be oracle RAC. I am with the following doubt: I installed the first knot with the ASCS, Da...

Re: SQL within R/3

Native SQL statements do not just cause issues with dependencies when executed on SAP related tables. Native SQL statements are also excluded from conflict resolution checks during upgrades or the application of Support Packs. That means if your Native SQL statements refer an SAP table or object, an...

Other question, why not try FireFox?

Re: Upgrading SRM4/NetWeaver4, OS-level question.

I would be VERY careful trying to install or even migrate an SAP System onto a not-supported platform. The issue here is not if that might work or not - heck I've myself made system combinations run that SAP claimed were impossible. But at the very moment anyone at SAP finds out what you're running ...

Re: Fraudulent Resumes

two things I want to add to this, firstly some of the requirements that get churned out by client managers are so extreme that a candidate is forced to cook up the resume. So that speaks more of the client manager than the candidate. The other thing is that for the stingy price which the client is ...

Re: Found a buzz word that I don't know

This is my last job quote on this subject: Architect-Sr SAP Basis Administrator with SAP Informatica, Netweaver. There is a new job description out there calling itself "SAP Architect Basis Administrator" and I don't know what it does (other than the recruiter garbage info that I quoted above). And ...
