Re: Prevent Printing of static cover page

Hello,

static page?
If it is an empty page then I would say it is because the printer cannot handle page format.
The cause could be developer error, wrong driver or the printer does not know the used fonts and replaced them with something bigger.

Re: Syntax error in program "SAPLSDC_MIME in Tcode SE80

Hello, too few information. Nevertheless... from the ABAP dump I would say it is a developer error. Probably the LSVIMDAT include contains the keyword "FUNCTION-POOL" whereas it is in LSDC_MIMETOP also. If it is not the issue then start a search for the keywords "REPORT", "PROGRAM", or "FUNCTION-POO...

Re: Bulk Transport Script into Multiple Client

Hello,

The 2nd addtobuffer is not required if you trigger the import command with "keep in buffer" U-mode (I do not know the code).

I would suggest to use 2 addtobuffer commands with target client definition.

Re: System refresh

Hello, for synchronization you should use system copy. Other way you can have ABAP code and Data dictionary inconsistencies. Before system copy you can save important data from the target systems. even if you have no license for SAP "Post Copy Automation" (PCA) tool you can check in function module ...

Oracle 12c ADO&ILM

Hello,

do you have experience with 12c ILM feature?
I read a lot of dox and forums about it but I still have doubts about its usability.

Re: trn difference

Hello, Do not overwrite anything without investigation before. It helps to avoid "mystical" bugs in your prod system. an example: in PROD system the DEV transport resets 3 object from 5 changed during a hot-fix. Hello,

Probably somebody did a hot repair in prod system. You should check the objects in the transports created in prod system.
