Target Fields in Cost Analysis for Process Order

I have two process orders to produce the same target material. One process order has target fields (qty, cost, etc.) showing with values...the other process order has all zeroes. What has to happen to get the target fields populated?

Re: Fixed Bin Replenishment - Trigger Order

We do use MRP however the quantity was just above the safety stock level until the next replenishment. After that replenishment we were completely out. We are thinking of decreasing the safety stock level.

Fixed Bin Replenishment - Trigger Order

We currently are using fixed bin replenishment to automate the flow of material to a staging area for production. By using the min/max quantities this seems to be working quite well. We have run into the situation where there was not enough material in the warehouse to fulfill the replenishment quan...

Re: Storage Type 914

All of this happens after the material is moved from the warehouse. For example...process order is released and a TR/TO is generated which brings the material to the production area (a different storage type/bin...let's say ST1/BIN1). The material is then physically taken to the production area and ...

Storage Type 914

When we do an MB1A/261...SAP is creating a negative amount in storage type 914 that corresponds to the GI quantity from a different storage type/bin. We then have to manually "move" the quantity to clear this positive/negative amount. What is missing to have this automatically "moved" or confirmed?

Planning for Multiple Operations on Single Process Order

We have a request for a new process order structure that would include multiple operations (resources) on a single process order. We will produce material at the first operation/resource and then move that material to be consumed at the second operation/resource. However, the issue we are having is ...

IM/WM Inventory Adjustment Problem

We are currently on SAP version 4.0B. We typically use LT01 with movement types 711/712 for inventory adjustments. We also invoke OMJ2 to check dollar limit levels for clearing differences. We are now trying to do inventory adjustments in a non-WM managed storage location. It seems that 711/712 are ...

Re: SLOC to SLOC for "Q" Material

Thank you for the reply. We can use QAC2, however that will make us do it for the entire quantity of the inspection lot. Is there a way (in QAC2 or somewhere else) to move a portion of the inspection lot to a different SLOC?

SLOC to SLOC for "Q" Material

Is there a way to move "Q" (quarantine) material between SLOC's? For released material we use an MB1B/311..but that won't work for "Q" material.

TECO'd Order Still Showing in MD04

We have teco'd 4 different process orders and the components on each of those 4 orders still show requirements for the orders in MD04. What are we missing? (No goods movements, confirmations, etc. have been posted against any of the orders.)
