Standard SAP 3rd Party Drop Ship functionality is: Sales Order. VPRS is taken from Material Master cost. End-Customer-Invoice (ala VF01) VPRS is taken from the PB00 price condition of the Purchase Order. At least that's the out-of-the-box SAP set up. My guess is to get the extra duties/charges from ...

Re: Header text copy from PO to SO and then PO

For Part 2) S.O. creates a Purchase Req, there should be standard Text copy control to handle this. Look for a VOTXn access sequence for "Vendor PO"

Re: Program for Sales order qty change to PO

Not sure of the program-behind-the-scenes, but this how i documented how the third party drop ship process works in "standard" sap for manufacturing (I can't guarantee how standard our system was at the time, but don't think we had any SD -Purchasing user exits going on) As far as changes to the Sal...

Re: Deleting table from access sequence

Think of the Access Sequence as just a list of Tables, and the order in which it goes through them.
You can remove the table (958) entry from Access 0004, and it will still exist in Access 0005.

So yes it will still remain in 0005 even if you delete it from 0004.

Re: Deleting table from access sequence

The Access Tables can be re-used in multiple Access Sequences, no problem there. When I delete a Table from an Access Sequence I always "delete all entries" I don't know what the other option is but I've never used it. Your only problem in Production is if it had determined a transaction record with...

Re: New Sales Orders not in VKM3

Are you sure the sales orders are in Status "Credit limit (or incomplete or blocked)" as opposed to a Delivery Block or Billing Block that is titled "Credit Limit" I've seen places where they create a Delivery Block called "Credit Limit" that in reality has nothing to do with Credit Management. Othe...

Did you generate the Access Sequences ?

Way back when, I also used program RVTEXTE with function X or Z to make sure it cleaned everything up.
