Hi Gurus,

Need help on the following scenario:

out of the total quota entitlement of 60 days, min balance of 30 days to be maintained always in the quota. Balance only can be allowed to encash.

How to set the above in the system.

Clubbing of absences

I understand time contraints do check overlapping of absence periods and accordingly provides messages.

My scenario is that, PL+SL is permitted whereas PL+SL+PL(again) is not permitted. Can we achieve this to get an error.

Pl. provide some direction / inputs.

Absence Types

Hi,

Thanks a lot for your input.

Checked up the tabel suggested. It talks about time constraints and error messages. However, request you to suggest how the absences can be linked / maintained in the table to achieve my scenario.

Time Mgmt - absences clubbing

Hi folks, Have scenario of certain absence types should not be clubbed with other types of absences. Eg: CL cannot be clubbed with PL/SL. whenever, an employee applies for SL in continuation of CL, system should not allow. Request the gurus to suggest whether can such a control be set in the system....

Hi,

The period 3 months is what? I guess probation. If it is so, I think, the link is to come from yr infotype where u maintain probationary period in PA. Also check up with date specifications infotype.

Hi IVY I go with the suggestion of two absence types for Full day & half-day seperately. It had worked for me. I faced the scenario of half-day separate absence type and assign reduction factors. In the absence deduction it showed as 1-day absence, whereas, I got reduction of wages for half day only...

Yes I can also help you out in case of any help in this matter.

You need to maintain all the applicable wage types those are part of PTax calculation with Cum Class. You need to check in config that the salary slabs / ranges.

Have a scenario of capturing each grade wise minimum & maximum limit on basic salary.

Min Max
Eg. M1 Grade: 5000 - 10000
M2 Grade: 8000 - 12000 etc.
