Re: Org Mgt - report specific level of management (VicePres)

Yes, the VPs are high up in the org chart ...and yes, the each employee is under their own VP, just maybe one to several org units away. Above the VP's there is a President .... then its a petty traditional org structure. When you say... "std sap function modules in OM that will recursively determin...

Org Mgt - report specific level of management (VicePres)

We have a requirement to identify and report a specific level of management per employee. In OM (PPOME/PPOSE) we use 'chief' to identify the manager of a specific org unit ... and we are able to report this as the employee's manager. Our company has 6 vice presidents (VP) that sit at a higher level ...

ESS Salary Statement 'No result exist'

Hi All, We are setting-up our salary statements on ESS and I am getting this error. I can see results in the overview section, but no form. We are using the HR Forms (PE51) method. I think I have the features setup correctly. EDTIN: CUS&BEHR_MXESS HRFOR: ESS = $CEDT$ EDPDF: Y_MX_ESS_PAYSLIP_TO_PDF T...

Time Eval Recalc date in IT0003

Hi All, Is there a standard way in either the time eval schema or payroll schema to check that the Time Eval Recalc date in IT0003 is equal to the last day of the pay period being processed? We want to ensure time evaluation has been successfully ran thru the end of the payperiod, else create an err...

Time Schema 'ReDo'

Hi All, We have a major change in how we process 'time' projected for next year. Over many years, some parts our time schema has become a little squirelly ... kinda like a loose string of yarn on an old sweater. Im afraid to pull the string for fear of losing the entire shirt. I was thinking of usin...

Re: RPTIMEE00 Dump

I think if its an actual 'short dump' the program will stop, and not process any further. If its an error message in Time Eval thats designed to stop processing just for that employee, time eval will continue with rest of employees/group (as identified in variant).

Previous PayPeriods C1 table

Hi All,
Does anyone know of a way to access the previous pay period's C1 table, or copy the previous pay period's C1 table into the current pay period via a function/operation in Payroll?

Thanks,

Work Tax (IT0208) split

Hi All, We got a weird issue when we have an employee that is working in more than two states. When IT0208 is split with two states it works just fine. When there are three states, it appears to take the first state and add the percentage from the third state (see example below). I changed the state...

Re: Duplicated Personal IDs screen appeared in PA40

Hi, I see that you call IT0185 in your 'action' and you also call IT0185 in your 'dynamic action' after IT0002 is saved. If you INSERT (INS) IT0185 when IT0002 is saved, then you dont need it in your action infogroup. In other words, it makes most sense to have it in one or the other .. not both. I ...

You can read timetypes from many payroll function/operations. Can you provide more detail (or provide some pseudo-code)?

Re: PTMW - time evaluation in the future

Hello,
You can change the date of 'evaluation up to' in the saved variant of RPTIME00 used by PTMW.

EXAMPLE
Evaluation up to: D = Current date + 2 days

Re: Public Holiday for Shift EEs

Hi vijayavani,
We changed all of our holidays to 'floating' so we could control the exact day they were observed. This will prevent Sat/Sun observances.
