Re: Delete table entries where fields are linked in a hierarchy

If you're trying to delete all of the nodes at or below the node that you're currently processing, then you need to build a temporary table or range that you can later use to delete the entries (once you have completely navigated through all of the child nodes). You can use a recursively called subr...

Re: PDF output from payment program (trancode F110)

You can manipulate payment advice generation using process BTE's 2040 and 2050 for electronic distribution or for separating the print. Take a look at 2050 especially for separate spool generation and marking the spools for later conversion to PDF.

Re: BAPI_ACC_GL_POSTING_POST

Why don't you: 1) Search this forum for BAPI_ACC_GL_POSTING_POST 2) Search Google for BAPI_ACC_GL_POSTING_POST 3) Use "Where used" for BAPI_ACC_GL_POSTING_POST 4) Read the BAPI documentation - it's well documented And if you use #2, you'll probably find pages and pages of hits on SDN; the function ...

Re: Print electronic signature on SAPSCRIPT

Yes, if you want to put a signature on a document, it can be a graphic from SAP. I haven't used TIFF's and standard texts in at least 10 years so I can't help you with the TIFF error, though you can probably find a note about it. Use a bitmap and the graphics manager (SE78) instead; I think that was...

Re: Get Background Job name ?

You can use GET_JOB_RUNTIME_INFO to get the current job and step info while running in the job. From there, you should be able to hit TBTCP directly for the predecessor step or use one of the functions in the function group.

Re: $TMP - dev class

In the dev object, use the Goto -> Object directory entry function to see the package/dev class assigned. Use the lock overview button to view the request and the attributes of the request. Yo can use the change button to change the package to a transportable one. You can release a local request but...

Re: Spool Number & Job link

Have you checked OSS Note 1422843 Well, that's not really relevant to this issue but thanks! You just helped me find the correct note for an issue we're having as of a few days ago. I debugged to the kernel call today and had to stop. Neither I nor my Basis counterpart had found the correct note ye...

Re: Hide a transaction code

I think you are limited in the initial transaction load. You might be able to use CHANGE_FCODE_ATTRIBUTES of BADI LE_SHP_DELIVERY_PROC to lock out any subsequent processing from the screen but the most graceful approach is probably going to be a delivery header copy control routine. The initial scre...

Re: Table Control Modification

You need to modify the input attribute of the table control columns, not the table control itself:

Code: Select all

LOOP AT tc_docitems-cols INTO gs_col.
      gs_col-screen-input = '0'.
      MODIFY tc_docitems-cols FROM gs_col.
ENDLOOP.

Re: Spool Number & Job link

It sounds like you're on track. Is it possible that the 12/28 job was deleted? Deleting the job does not delete the spool, so a recycled spool number could definitely point to an old job in that case. It's possible there's a Basis log that would identify it.

Re: Spool Number & Job link

You need to look at client '000' when you check the spool number range interval. TBTCP-LISTIDENT is the correct field but you are correct about it being possible for the number to have been recycled. The standard system setting stops at 32000, so if you generate alot of spools and/or don't expire th...

Re: Standard Purchase Order Form(SCRIPTS) Modification

how to write the logic for above req? It is a requirement of most experts at this forum (and most other SAP forums) that you demonstrate some understanding of your requirement or an attempt to solve the issue yourself. You can't just post a requirement from your functional counterpart and expect so...

Re: Adobe forms to upload data

Though I haven't looked, I would seriously doubt that there would be any standard interactive forms that would suit your requirement. It's an odd way to approach it anyway. Yes, Adobe forms can be interactive and you can create your own interactive forms for a small licensing fee, but this solution ...
