Re: KIT DAY - SAP creates negative OxP when none is due

Hi Rangachary,

Thanks ... I have re checked everything & think I am being an idiot !!

Does SAP perform a weekly offset of the KIT day(s) against the statutory payment as part of the GBSXP processing, putting the offset value into the occupational payment wagetype OxPP ?

Thanks.

Re: KIT DAY - SAP creates negative OxP when none is due

I am getting the message No KIT day payment in table IT (ORT) for AB split in GBSXP ... the KITM wage type is in IT and has been valuated correctly so has a value in it ... Is there a wage type group I need to check to ensure its included & recognised in GBSXP ? The negative OMP value is equal to a ...

KIT DAY - SAP creates negative OxP when none is due

Hi, If have an employee on SAP or SMP and give them a couple of kit days, imediately after the KIT days GBSXP creates a negative occupational payment for the employee. In all my test cases the employees are either not entitled to OxP or are out of the entitlment period so No OxP should be generated....

Stat Adoption Pay only being paid at Lower Rate

Hi, I am implementing occupation & statutory adoption pay for GB payroll. When running payroll generating the statutory adoption payments GBSXP is generating the payment at the lower rate of 135.45 instead of the 90% of average weekly earnings. Am I missing a config setting or constant ? I have chec...

Re: Occupational Absence Processing Functionality

Thanks ... am not sure that it will help as when occupational reduces to 50%, I need basic pay to reduce to 50% and the additional salary items to also calculate @ 50% for the absence period.
But I need the calcs to be indivually performed against the relevant wage types.

Thanks

Does a Change to Hol Calendar require Regeneration Of WSR

Hi,

Am having a blonde moment ...

Does a change to the holiday calendar in SAP via SCAL require the associated WSRs to be regenerated ?

Am getting inconsistent results ... in dev box was fine, in QA box when I run PT63 I cannot see the correct holidays being aplied to the persons schedule.

Thanks

Is There a Wage Type to Cummulate Notional Retro Differences

Hi, Is there a SAP standard wage type that can be used to cummulate notional retro differences which are not recorded in /552 as do not affect net pay ? Or any suggestion on how to implement one ... I would create a new processing class I guess to enable me to include only the relevant notional wage...

Use of Table Statement in PCR

Hi, during a PCR we use the table statement to query table P0071to check the pension reference & then perform additional processing dependant upon the result in the variable key. We have situations when there is more than one pension record due to the way that AVCs are recorded. Does anyone know whe...
