Hi

I think you are in Windos and Oracle ?

Is drive e: local or a remote ?

Have you done the backup on command level ?

try

brbackup -c -u / -m system

Post the error log from <x>:\oracle\<SID>\sapbackup

What do you want to do ?

You have 2 Dev Systems named DE1 and import twice a transport with name DE1K901000 ? I think you can do that.

If you import the same objects like programs, .. from different systems the last imported will be the active.

loopback is normally a dummy network device.

Hi

of cause you can use tapes and backup tools directly.

For Networker, etc you need interface backint. That you get from your venor and you have to pay for it.

But you can do backup for example to a NAS Storage and afterwards backup the files with your tool without extra fee.

normally such behavior is because there are "transport groups" configured in STMS
