Re: Firmed Planned Orders

Hi MMPP I don't think there is an easy workaround. But perhaps I need to understand your business scenario better. Are these substitutions rather random or based on certain rules? If there was a rule set, you could try making it part of your master data by defining different production versions with...

Re: If the BOM Header base quantity is changed...

Hi Karen MMPP is of course correct. However, there is a nice feature in CEWB which can assist with this. Let's say you use working area SAP_ITEM and you select all items to be changed. Then select the items as well as column Quantity and choose Extras > Mass Change . Click on the Sum icon (" Enter f...

Re: Recipe management authorization

Hi Trygve Not 100% sure. As far as I know, it is only possible to assign an authorization group to a specification category, not a specification type. Perhaps you could implement a user exit (category SUB_SCATCH) with a custom-built auths check and assign it to the specification type. You could also...

Re: Help! Mass-Deletion of orders

Hi Woody

Apart from BTCI or writing an ABAP, COVH is the way to go. You could speed it up a little by setting up parallel processing,i.e. defining COWORK-DIALOG and COWORK-BATCH server groups in RZ12.

Re: Change Process Order Batch Number after Release

Hi

The cleanest way is to cancel the goods receipt (only possible without UD) and re-post with the correct batch number.

Re: Product Cost by Quality

Hi there This sounds like a rather unusual, yet very interesting request. I do not have a solution for you, but maybe just some food for thought: For costing purposes, you could create several production versions for the same product which are only valid for costing and which allow you to do separat...

Re: Parameter that influence costing but not part of the 6 activ

Hi I am not 100% sure what you want to achieve. You are saying that you want to enter a parameter in the work center, but also to enter a value in the routing...? Have a look at the user-defined fields (tx OPEC). You can define up to 12 user-defined fields of which are 2 quantity fields, which you m...

Re: Hide activities 4-6 in prod.ord confirmation

Hi

It depends what transaction you are using for prod.ord confirmation. In case you are using CO11n, you can quite flexibly create your own screen in OPK0.

Re: Automatic production order creation on lower level

Hi SAPPP2014

Do you put your "semi-finished 1" to stock? If not, have a look at direct production, i.e. special procurement key 52. It will create a collective order that you can set to automatic release.

Re: Backflush Indicator for Serialized Material in Routing

Hi What the reason is? Different teams of ABAPers... Just kidding. This behaviour is incorrect. Serialized materials cannot be backflushed. I couldn't find anything on OSS other than note 493582: "A serial number processing for automatic goods movements or for pickings is not supported in the ...

Re: Check costs for production version / Task List Group

Hi

If you just want to determine the theoritical costs, you could run CK11N without saving your cost estimate. On the selection screen goto tab "Qty structure", where you can provide the specific master data that CK11N should use.

Hi

Please check the version of your SAPgui and install the latest patches. If that doesn't help, you might have to log a call with SAP.

Hi there

What's the message class & number?

Do you get this kind of error with the standard profiles (for the same selected orders) ?

I agree with kirkupm. In addition, please check for follow-up materials, which can also result in an recursiveness. You could also have a look at SAP note 42891.

Re: Table for Process order with spool numbers

Hi

Once a process/prod order is printed, the generated spool request has no link to the order anymore.

What's the rationale behind your request?
