BCS: One document won't invert

Guys, Any possible reasons why a document won't invert (it comes up as irreversible)? I've just staretd with a new client, the BCS 6.0 system is live, config was done by someone else, it's a mess! I checked in the QA system and the same document DOES invert. The (task, method, doc type) config in QA...

JVA with BCS

Hi All,
Anyone used JVA / joint ventures in BCS?
I'm keen to hear of any tips/suggestions
- was the consolidation unit the joint venture?
- was reclassification used?
- proportional consolidation?
Anything in particular to look out for / be aware of?

Latest BCS (BPC) Courses

Hi, has anyone been on these BCS courses recently?
I'm currently looking at training requirements and see that some BPC courses are coming up soon;
CPM 310
CPM 320

Has anyone got feedback on these courses?

Also, how about SEM245 (and 241) BCS courses?

BCS special periods - SAP standard purposes?

Hi All, Is there a standard purpose for each of the special periods in the K4 fiscal year variant (12 monthly periods plus 4 special periods)? Hi Has this officially been announced?
If so, do you have a link to it?
There is some discussion here but no indication of how it affects existing SEM modules:

I can tell you about Deloitte, UK, I worked in the SAP practice in London for 5 years (2000-05) and I still have friends there (although there is no longer a specific SAP division).
Drop me an email with specific questions.

Eg go to any technology company website and you'll probably find a section for services offered and also a section for recruitment, they are not mutually exclusive! So if anyone is looking for ...

BCS: customizing settings v settings in method layout

Hi, When deleting a step from my reclassification method, I received the message below. I understand the principle of the mesage but as far as I am aware I have not done anything to cause the symptom it describes. Question: How do I find out what changes it is going to make in its adjustment? The de...
