Re: Field WBS elem. is a required field for G/L account

Check the Field Status Group of the G/L Account you are using, in the G/L Account master record

Is the field status group set up with WBS element as a required field?

If so change the field status group settings or the field status group assigned to the G/L Account

Re: CATS PS Hours transfer

Sab

Can you explain why you need the Actual Finish Date to be removed.

The field is populated automatically as Standard, but having an Actula Finish date does not mean that the activity is finished.

Setting the CNF, TECO & CLSD System statuses will do this for you

ST30 & ECATT

Hi I have created an ECATT using transaction SECATT. My ECATT simply displays a sales order using VA03. I now want to run my ECATT in ST30 to create performance statistics that can be seen in ST33. All the above works fine when using the Tab eCATT Test in ST30, but I want to automate the process som...

That's the one I was referring to...I just couldn't remember the name of it

At least for future Reference we now know it's easy enough

Re: Workforce planning

Do the activities have a normal duration?

Can you see them in CMP2/CMP3

If I remember correctly they won't appear in CMP* t-codes unless there is a Normal Duration on tha Activity

Also do the dates sit within the Worforce Planning Profile

Re: Change column heading in line item report CJI4

Hi Fatman Can you not use the field "WBS" Not sure if CJI4 is the same as CJI3, but CJI3 has 2 fields one is WBS and the other is Object The object can be an Order/Network or WBS Number and as such shows the correct object The WBS shows the parent WBS element of the order or the WBS itself (but esse...

Re: Internal activity - mandatory fields for using CATS

Hi Your post is a little confusing but I'll try to answer anyway You can plan hours to be consumed by entering the Plan Hours /Work Centre & Activity Type As best as I remember you do not need to enter these values in order to enable you to post time to the Network Activity In CATS enter the Network...

Create Activity Types per Cost Centre with a rate of 0.01 GBP/EUR/USD whatever currency per 10000hrs Suggest you create one activity type per Non Chargable Code i.e. SICK, HOLS, MATERNITY etc Book time in CATS to WBS/Network Activity/I/O or whatever (although I believe it is normal to hold non charg...

Re: Purch Req for each component line

Hi

There is a Collective Req field in the config "Specify Parameters for Network Type" - see t-code OPUV

Haven't used it but I believe it creates one PR for the Network

Let us know if it works

Re: Settlement cross company code and visible in FI

Hi

You should find no problem settling from one Company Code to another

But my understanding is that this will be done within CO only

It is my understanding that the FI/CO Reconciliation process will then adjust (but check with your FI Consultant)

Re: Changes in Projectbudgets

Perhaps try transcation code CJI8

This should give you all Budget Items for your specified selection criteria

You can also see this information within the Budgeting transactionsuch as CJ30, CJ38 etc using the Line Items functionality

Re: Settlement Actual Cost table

Sorry USAP I'm not aware of such a table

Perhaps you'll need to write a query with the various tables you've mentioned

Good Luck

Hi USAP Sorry your not requirement is not entirely clear. Are you wanting to identify the line items posted (i.e those in COSP/COSS with Business Transaction KOAO & KOAP?)...also bear in mind Dr/Cr indicator if you settle into another WBS...you don't want Dr and Cr therfore giving zero Or are you lo...
