Delivery Note problem

Hello Richard,

You could consider printing backorder information from table VBEP and/or structure VBEPVB. At least that's the way we do it for many years now.

Shipping condition issue

Hello,

Yes, but you have to implement a SAP note. When you have access to the OSS system your self you could search there. When not, just post a reply to this topic and I'll come back with the note number as soon as I am in the office.

Good luck

Picking output is standard SAP

Hello,

Make sure your output timing is set to 1. Then run (or better schedule) program RSNAST00. This will process all output within your selection that has NAST status not processed.

Good Luck

Hello Mikil,

This is controlled from the pricing procedure. In the IMG > sales > basic functions > pricing > pricing control > define and assign pricing procedures. the box "Mandatory" will be ticked in your situation.

Good luck

Hello, Maybe this post is to late, but anyway: We encountered the necessity to run this program after users replaced a line item in a sales order without saving the order and leaving the transaction in between. Force shipping address to print

Hello, We use a copy of script RVORDER01 for printing order acknowledgements. In line with the standard, the shipping address (ship-to party) is not printed as long as it is identical to the sold-to party. However, our business requires the shipping address be printed in all cases. How to force the ...

Hello Boro,

Whatever entry is made in the delivery related billing type field in the sales order definition, you will always be able to create a F8 proforma AND a F2 invoice for the same delivery.

Hello Varma,

Could not find an e-mail address in your profile.
Tried to make a graphical impression on the forum but it became a mess.

When you are still interested in the screen dump just give an e-mail address.

lsmw sales order

Hello Varma,

Expand the items element in your structure with BVBEPKOM (schedule lines) and (if needed) BTEXHKOM/BTEXLKOM (item texts)

Create seperate upload files for schedule lines and texts.

I'll try to send a screen dump of the structure to your private mail.

LSMW - sales orders

Hello Roos,

Yes, we did successfully upload sales orders using LSMW. No, we are not bloody good, just spent an awful lot of energy and time in the preparation. The actual migration was a piece of cake.

Date format in your upload files: yyyymmdd

Good luck
