Help! I do not find a generate XML option on the P11D program.. How are we supposed to submit electronically to HMRC? Can someone please give me some idea? I have been told electronic submission is mandatory this year for P11D, P45 et al, and I can find a generate xml on every program except the P1...

You don't have to change the variant every month
you can set it to always run upto Current Date + 2 days

One of your wagetypes is cumulating a very large number. much larger than what the field can handle. find it - should be easy to find. and then find out why?

Well, in that case, your solution is not bad. However, when building the structure, you should take into account that sometime in the future, you may be implementing HR - Care should be taken to define the HR enterprise structure and org structure in such a way. Or atleast have a provision for scrap...

Jellybean is not yet available for Samsung Galaxy Note phones or tabs - It has only been rolled out for the S3 so far.

I have a Google Nexus 7 Tab, and it updated fine and fast to Jellybean 4.2 as soon as it was available.

A lot of stores do that these days... Of course most stores charge 1 p for a bag, 5p seems excessive. I am not particularly environment conscious, but I have realised long ago that an enormous quantity of bags are generated at the house after a few loads are shopping, and some of them are quite stur...

I cannot think of why any HR related impact would happen either. I assume you will be taking care of the Global Active Directory or whatever that is called is correctly linked up with the new employee numbers.

you can store values in T511K if you want, Query them using HRS=Cxxxxx in your PCR, where xxxxx is your constant You can add values into SALDO using ADDMB, nd you can query values in SALDO using HRS=Mxxxx where xxxx is your time type. WHat kind of licence with SAP would prevent you from doing configuration changes to customise your own system?
