Got the same problem. I could only manage to get it to work correctly AFTER a fiscal year change/year-end. I still don't understand why it does not work correctly for a current year acquisition. I have the same problem.
Strangely enough once you done a year-end, it works correct from there onwards, but for current year acquisitions it does not work.
