Hey Baz that makes two of us.

3.0f??? They're a bit behind the times!

From what I remember you'll be doing at least 2 upgrades - one to 4.6 and then on up. If you want Unicode then it will be 3.

That's what all the dynamic runtime stuff is for. If you know the rules how to construct the table structure, then you can do stuff like: If w_Structure_Name is not initial. A refresh basically reads and redisplays your data.

I would define a user command callback (se the documentation for the FM) and handle it all yourself, where you could redo the groupings etc etc

Doc! C'mon! An E class message abandons the processing of the data and sets the erroneous field to input or abandons the job. A warning message online examines the value a second time and if it is the same accepts it. In batch it is ignore. I would say that your idea of a warning and leave would wor...

However..... Since this is a 'range' table as GothMog so rightly says, you cannot 'catch' the company code that a user enters. There are no restrictions on the company code select option in the LDB so the company code can be a single value, a range, a discrete list, it can contain exclusions etc etc...
