for that one you need to fill out the profile field (in transaction ia05). In general there are other ways, like user params, that don't apply to this case. A user parameter will automatically fill out "1000" for plant in any field that is parameter ID of IWK in any transaction. This is found in SYS...

Is the requirement to add a *large* file into the SAP or just to have access to the file from SAP. Personally I would just add the URL to the *large* file in SAP. This can be accomplished with Services for objects or DMS. Eventually you will run into performance problems if you start loading picture...

Hello,

I think he means if he changes the equipment in iw32 and presses "enter", it should give a popup. I don't think there is a user exit on "ENTER" but there is a user-exit on save that you can use to validate the equipment number.
