And for some Fantasy-Sci-Fi, try to locate the Majipur Chronichles. I don't remember the author.. Robert Silverberg. Sneak into Walldorf at the dead of night and steal their R/3 technical documentation. Go on a training course in the relevant area sometimes helps. Otherwise, google is your friend.
